STOP PRESS: Sunvox port for the iPhone

According to this comment from Nightradio, developer of the cross platform modular studio app Sunvox, he is currently working on a port of Sunvox for the iPhone.

Nightradio is still contemplating whether the app should go down the app store or the jail break route. What's you view?

  1. I'd personally prefer the App Store route, mostly because my iPhone isn't jailbroken :) Also, I imagine that the potential audience would be much bigger if it was on the App Store..

  2. Not sure if I would get Sunvox if it become available on the iPhone, but I do not plan to jailbreak my iPod Touch (if it is even possible).

  3. Not only that, but the eensy teensy GUI obstacle will be somewhat mitigated by the larger GUI.

  4. I'd have to second the App Store route. Jailbroken devices can access the App Store too so that means everyone can get it.

I don't mind how the app is distributed, some of my best apps have, and will be, jailbroken applications (cycorder, MXtube, snapture, Mrmr, Colloq) A tracker program for iphone; my dreams have been answered!

  7. Well I think that most would want to Sunvox on the app store rather than as a jail break app. Let's see what happens.
