Android is a complete joke on this criteria right now.). You absolutely need pressure sensitivity in the tablet. The OS would provide facilities for something like Max/SuperCollider as a basic component that you can expect to exist; and you talk OSC/MIDI to it. Apps would be instruments, virtual synths, signal processors, audio libraries, and DAWs that all just work together.
