Sinusoid update

A minor update from Sinusoid, adding a settings for audio buffer size. A small value decreases latency, but might affect quality.

    This is the work of a poor programmer. The update is completely useless as it doesn't work. I have learnt my lesson, never release something you have not properly tested, trying to please. I am sorry about this lovely users. New actually working version has been submitted.
