    Well, of COURSE there will be really low latency when using hardware!

    What about using drum sounds on an iPod app instead of a high-end Roland sound module? Then what sort of latency am I looking at??

    This device looks awesome, and innovative. Even if I didn't own an iPad and iPod touch, I would consider it for my DAW and live performance setup, since I think its the only device available that will take USB/MIDI input, and output the data from a DIN5 MIDI port. No more computer required for my MIDI-only sound modules!!! Whoop!!!!
