Not sure what to make of this app, but then it is free so you can't really argue with that. Here's the description:

Cobi ToneGen lets you play music similar to old school dos games. Drag your finger across the screen and chromatic tones will play. Bring back memories and entertain your friends with this simple app. Multi touch is also supported for multiple tones.

    lol. A little poppy with the sound. Ad placement is genius. Sure to get some hits tapping around that screen.
