A new project
Jul 15, 2009 13:17
Hi people!
I've recently started again spending long nights hacking on a music/audio/synthesis related project.
I can't reveal anything for now because I have to deal with a lot of novel things, a lot to learn - so I have no idea if what I am doing will succeed or not. It's crazy - I really have no clue what I am doing, but I am doing it anyway, and trying hard!
What I can tell is that if I succeed, this will be something I will be very proud of, something that some of you here will surely enjoy using, and a first step towards a new range of projects.
I can tell it'll be free/open-source, and that contributions/modifications from individual users will be welcome.
Stay tuned :)
For those who don't know, Olivier built Bhajis Loops which is still one of the best mobile music studios ever made, so I'm betting that whatever this new project is it will be amazing to say the least.
i'm gobsmacked
ReplyDeletebest news i've heard all year!
viva Olivier

ReplyDelete5 guesses says it's gonna be on something "i" + "apple". In the current market I can't see why a Dev would want to make mobile software on anything else. Android and WebOS just haven't shown they can cut it in this area thus far. WinMo is just so lackluster and well.... microsoft that I don't want to touch it. I bought a palm pc to use Milkytracker and it broke in a week.... if your are curious; it was made by viewsonic.
ReplyDeleteWhen, what platform, what etc etc ...
ReplyDeleteBrilliant. I'd love to know what platform of course, any more news as yet?
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what it is and what platform?
ReplyDeleteDo you think that whatever this ends up being that there will be a way to import Bhajs tracks into it?
ReplyDeletePlatform?
ReplyDeleteLove to know more.
ReplyDeleteGive me it now!!!!
ReplyDeleteI want it sooo bad
ReplyDeletePlease make it iPhone
ReplyDeletewhen when when?
ReplyDeleteStill no news?
ReplyDeleteAny details available as yet?
ReplyDeleteWaiting patiently as ever for this. I don't think your poll was much use though. Just made people vote on something that was already decided, and at worst it will put him off doing it at all.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should think a bit more about what you write and publish!
Would love to know when and what platform
ReplyDeleteStill want Palm OS
